Instructions for filling out the physical form

  • The form can be easily accessed at the school.
  • Filing the form entirely in CAPITAL LETTERS is mandatory.
  • Please fill out the form using only a black or blue ball pen.

Admissions Requirements for the Academic Year 2023-2024

The following is the method for Admission at Taksh-shila Model Sr. Sec School Faridabad, India.

  • Nursery :3+ Years
  • LKG: 4+ Years
  • UKG: 5+ Years
  • 1st: 6+ Years

    • Note (The age of the child should be calculated as on 31st March 2023)

Important Note

Taksh Shila Model Sr. Sec. School Faridabad officials will issue an acknowledgment sheet with a specific registration number when the form is submitted. Please keep this slip secure because the registration number will be used for any subsequent communication concerning the admission process.

List of documents required at the time of admission

  • Child's Birth Certificate (photocopy - self attested)
  • Child's Aadhar Card (photocopy - self attested)
  • Father and Mother's Aadhar Card (photocopy - self attested)
  • Residence Proof (photocopy - self attested)
  • 4 passport size photographs of child
  • 4 passport size photographs of each parent
  • 2 passport size photograph of attendant (if any)
  • Transfer Certificate
  • Family ID / PPP (Parivar Pehchan Patra)
